Bengals notebook
By Mark Curnutte

The Bengals practiced Friday at Paul Brown Stadium in preparation for the game Sunday at Tennessee.
The only change on the report from Thursday was that wide receiver Kelley Washington, who is questionable with a sprained ankle, practiced for the first time in the week. A potentially key player given the loss of starter Williams, defensive lineman Carl Powell (knee), remained questionable and did not practice.
Wide receiver Peter Warrick (fibula) and running back Chris Perry (abdomen) both remained questionable and didn't practice.
TITAN TALES: In Nashville, Tenn., Titans quarterback Steve McNair (sternum) did not practice and remained questionable; same for tailback Chris Brown (toe), the NFL's third-leading rusher. Titans insiders expect backup quarterback Billy Volek to play instead of McNair and think Brown will start but is unlikely to finish the game.
McNair's 20 touchdown passes against the Bengals are the most he has against any team. And he is 9-3 in 12 games against the Bengals.
WARRICK CASE: NFL spokesman Steve Alic said Friday that the Warrick incident from last weekend "remains under review and that there is no timetable."
Warrick played in Monday's game, even though the Bengals had listed him Friday as out with a shin injury. Coach Marvin Lewis has since confirmed that Warrick has a crack in his left fibula.
The Bengals are believed to be looking at a $10,000 fine.
