Inside Training Camp

Today's schedule

The Bengals will practice from 10-11:30 a.m. and from 4-5:30 p.m.

Camp opens to fans at 8:30 a.m.

Directions

From Downtown: Take I-75 South about 70 miles to Exit 126 (Georgetown, Ky.). Turn right off ramp onto U.S. 460 West. Stay on 460 for about 2 miles. Turn right at light onto Lemons Mill Road (1962 West). Turn right into driveway flanked with Georgetown College/Bengals signs

Coming up

The Bengals will work out from 4-5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Georgetown College complex will be open to fans during that time.

Injury report

• Wide receiver Peter Warrick (knee), cornerback Deltha O'Neal (bruised thigh and ankle), offensive guard Scott Kooistra (knee), tight end Reggie Kelly (thumb), tight end James Whalen (knee), linebacker Landon Johnson (shoulder) and fullback Jeremi Johnson (groin) did not practice.

Palmer watch

On the first snap of a first-team offense versus first-team defense drill, cornerback Tory James intercepted quarterback Carson Palmer. Palmer completed his next pass to tight end Tony Stewart, and later showed some touch with a pass to Kelley Washington.

The latter pass went over cornerback Terrell Roberts into Washington's hands as the receiver fell out of bounds.

Wednesday's highlight

Strong safety Marquand Manuel drew applause from fans after his hit on rookie halfback Chris Perry early in practice.

Defensive end Duane Clemons also tackled halfback Herbert Goodman for a loss.
