Bengals sign Bramlet to 3-year deal
By Mark Curnutte

The Bengals have their full quartet of quarterbacks.
Seventh-round draft pick Casey Bramlet signed a three-year contract Thursday and will report on time today to training camp at Georgetown College.
Bramlet, expected to win the job as the team's No. 3 quarterback, will play behind starter Carson Palmer and backup Jon Kitna.
Bramlet threw for more than 3,000 yards in each of the past three seasons at Wyoming.
The fourth quarterback on the roster is rookie free agent Scott Rislov of San Jose State.
The Bengals have signed three draft picks: fifth-round wide receiver Maurice Mann and sixth-round cornerback Greg Brooks. Brooks will make the rookie minimum $230,000 salary in 2004.
Training camp opens today with players required to report from noon-3 p.m. The team practices twice Saturday.
The team also announced it had agreed to a one-year contract with rookie free agent cornerback James Allen of Brigham Young.
Allen, who is 5-feet-10, 175 pounds, was a junior in 2003 and finished fourth on the team with 57 tackles. He had four sacks and returned nine kickoffs for an 18.1-yard average.
The Bengals' first eight players selected in Rounds 1-4 remain unsigned.
