2003 NFL playoff possibilities
AFC EAST
New England has clinched division title.
New England can clinch first-round bye with:
1) An Indianapolis loss. OR
2) A win or tie plus an Indianapolis tie.
AFC NORTH
Cincinnati can clinch division title with a win and a Baltimore loss.
AFC SOUTH
Indianapolis has clinched playoff berth.
Indianapolis can clinch division title with:
1) A win or a Tennessee loss. OR
2) A tie and a Tennessee tie.
Tennessee can clinch playoff berth with:
1) A win or tie. OR
2) A loss or tie by either Miami, Baltimore or Cincinnati.
Note: There are other scenarios in which Tennessee can clinch a playoff berth based on strength of victory tiebreaker.
AFC WEST
Kansas City has clinched division title.
Kansas City can clinch first-round bye with:
1) An Indianapolis loss. OR
2) A win or tie and an Indianapolis tie.
Denver can clinch playoff berth with:
1) A win and a loss or tie by either Baltimore or Cincinnati. OR
2) A tie, plus a Miami loss or tie and a loss by either Baltimore or Cincinnati.
NFC EAST
Philadelphia has clinched playoff berth.
Philadelphia can clinch division title and first-round bye with:
1) A win or tie. OR
2) A Dallas loss or tie.
Philadelphia can clinch homefield advantage throughout playoffs with a win and a St. Louis loss.
Dallas can clinch playoff berth with:
1) A win. OR
2) A tie and a Minnesota loss. OR
3) A tie and a loss or tie by either Green Bay or Seattle. OR
4) Losses by Minnesota, Green Bay and Seattle plus a loss or tie by New Orleans and Tampa Bay.
Note: There are other scenarios in which Dallas can clinch a playoff berth based on strength of victory tiebreaker.
NFC NORTH
Minnesota can clinch division title with a win and a Green Bay loss.
Minnesota can clinch playoff berth with:
1) A win, plus a Dallas win or tie, plus a Seattle loss, plus a loss or tie by New Orleans and Tampa Bay.
Note: There are other scenarios in which Minnesota can clinch a playoff berth based on strength of victory tiebreaker.
Green Bay can clinch playoff berth with:
1) A win, plus a Dallas win or tie, plus a Seattle loss and a New Orleans loss or tie.

Carolina has clinched division title.
NFC WEST
St. Louis has clinched division title.
