Directions

Coming up
Camp will be closed through Monday afternoon, when it re-opens for practice from
4-5:30 p.m.
The Bengals play their preseason home opener at 7:30 p.m. Saturday against Detroit.
Injury report
Several players did not dress for Thursday's two practices. Among them were cornerbacks Jeff Burris (heel) and Artrell Hawkins (knee), and wide receiver Peter Warrick (ankle).
Returning to practice were wide receiver Ron Dugans (heel) and safety JoJuan Armour (flu).
Palmer watch
Carson Palmer did not practice in either session Thursday. Doctors will examine him immediately before Saturday night's preseason game to determine if he can play. Palmer has a partially torn tendon in his right foot - an injury that is not considered serious - and is progressing as planned, team spokesman Jack Brennan said.
Thursday's highlights
Rookie free agent Terrell Roberts continued his strong showing on Thursday with two interceptions and one deflected pass in the morning practice.
Shane Matthews completed a 53-yard fly pattern for a touchdown to Chad Johnson, who beat rookie cornerback Dennis Weathersby.
