Background: Entering his eighth season, Clemons was drafted 16th overall by the Vikings in 1996. Played in 58 games for Minnesota from 1996-1999 before signing with the Chiefs as an unrestricted free agent prior to 2000 season. Started 43 of Kansas City's 48 games the past three seasons.

You hold a bachelor's degree in ethnic studies. What led you to that major?

"I believe in cultural pluralism. I like learning about African-Americans as well as other cultures and applying that to diverse situations."
