CB Harris will tour on Monday

Miami free agent defensive end Kenny Mixon was the latest visitor Friday to Paul Brown Stadium, but don't expect him to sign with the Bengals any time soon.
The Vikings and Packers have greater needs for run-stopping ends, and the Bengals say they already have a starting left end in Vaughn Booker, who's plenty good against the rush.
Mixon, a four-year pro from LSU, started 16 games for the Dolphins in 2001 and had 55 tackles.
Another defensive end, Jacksonville free agent Renaldo Wynn, is scheduled for Monday. He'll be joined by the player who's possibly the Bengals' top free agent target, Chicago cornerback Walt Harris.
Harris, who visited Cincinnati last year, instead signed a one-year deal to stay with the Bears and had 51 tackles and one interception.
How serious is Harris about the Bengals? It depends on how serious they are, Harris agent Brian Levy said Friday. Hopefully they'll come at us a little stronger than they did last time.
Harris already has visited Arizona and could be headed next to Oakland, If either of our first two stops don't work out, Levy said.
Harris, 27, a six-year pro from Mississippi State, has bulked up and is an excellent one-on-one defender. He also has improved at jamming wide receivers on the line of scrimmage and delaying their routes.
Bengals starting cornerback Artrell Hawkins, one of the team's four unrestricted free agents, visited Seattle on Thursday and has generated interest from a few other teams. The Bengals' other top unrestricted free agent, defensive end and sack specialist Reinard Wilson, will visit Minnesota Monday.
Another top Bengals need is tight end. A visit by former Colts tight end Ken Dilger has been finalized for Thursday.
MIAMI NICE: Bengals scout Duke Tobin and several coaches returned to Cincinnati after flying to Miami for the University of Miami Hurricanes' pro day.
It was an impressive workout, Tobin said. You can see why they won it all.
Of note were cornerback Phillip Buchanon, who already has been projected in mock drafts as the Bengals' first overall pick at No.10, tight end Jeremy Shockey, left tackle Bryant McKinnie and safety Ed Reed.
Only McKinnie is expected to be gone when the Bengals draft in the first round.
Another talent-rich pro day takes place next week at Knoxville, Tenn., when draft-eligible Tennessee players will work out for pro scouts and coaches. The Bengals are expected to send a large contingent, including new personnel department consultant John Cooper, the former Ohio State coach.
