Bengals ponder lineup changes
By Mark Curnutte
The Cincinnati Enquirer
As is the case with any NFL team at the end of a 16-game season, the Bengals are looking at a couple of lineup changes Sunday at Tennessee.
With cornerback Artrell Hawkins slowed by a left shoulder injury, Robert Bean could get his fourth start of the season. Kevin Kaesviharn will get his third start at left corner.
Fullback-tight end Nick Williams didn't practice Friday, and coach Dick LeBeau is pessimistic Williams could play. Kirk McMullen and tackle Jamain Stephens will continue to rotate at the position.
Scott Mitchell could retake his place as No.2 quarterback behind starter Jon Kitna. Mitchell's pulled rib cage has healed enough to allow him to throw the past three days.
Mitchell has been designated third quarterback four of the past five weeks. He didn't make the trip to Baltimore for the Dec.23 game.
Left guard Matt O'Dwyer, who missed the Pittsburgh game with a knee injury, returned to practice and is likely to start Sunday.
Scott Rehberg started at left guard and helped the Bengals rush for 141 yards against the league's No.1 rush defense.
