OFFENSIVE COMPARISON
By Mark Curnutte
The Cincinnati Enquirer
The Bengals offense closed the 2000 season ranked 29th of 31 NFL in yards gained. It also set a franchise low with 185 points. In the offseason, the Bengals resigned Pro Bowl running back Corey Dillon, brought in a new quarterback in Jon Kitna, a Pro Bowl fullback in Lorenzo Neal, a new left tackle in Richmond Webb and a new offensive coordinator in Bob Bratkowski.
But after 12 games, the 2001 offense is 27th in yards gained and last in scoring.
