For the third consecutive year, the Bengals will play their first two preseason games on the road and their final two exhibition games at Paul Brown Stadium.
The schedule was announced Tuesday by the NFL, although specific dates and kickoff times are not yet available.
The Bengals will open their preseason at Buffalo during the week of Aug.8-12. They play at Indianapolis the week of Aug. 15-19.
Then the Bengals will play host to New Orleans (Aug. 22-26) and Atlanta (Aug. 29-31). Cincinnati will not have a bye weekend in the preseason, which it did in 2001.
The Bengals have not been successful in the preseason the past four years with a 3-13 record.
