Dillon to start vs. Bears

Running back will be in for only 8-10 plays

GEORGETOWN, Ky. — Corey Dillon will start but probably not play much in Saturday's exhibition game vs. Chicago at Paul Brown Stadium.

The running back is still getting his legs in shape after ending his contract holdout last Thursday. He dressed but did not play in last week's game at Atlanta.

“This is like his scrimmage, and typically the starters play about eight to 10 plays in the scrimmage,” coach Bruce Coslet said Wednesday.

Coslet said Dillon has looked good after three days of practices.

“He's a little tight, but he's doing well to this point. His retention has been good,” Coslet said.

Dillon made the Pro Bowl after rushing for 1,200 yards in 1999.
