By Mark Curnutte
The Cincinnati Enquirer

This is one in a regular series of looks at the 2000 Bengals by position.

        • Projected starter: Vaughn Booker. The Cincinnati native has never played for a losing team in the NFL, making the playoffs four of six years in Kansas City and Green Bay. The 32-year-old end started 14 games with the Packers last season, registering 46 tackles and 31/2 sacks for 22 yards in losses. He is 6-foot-5, 300 pounds.

        • 2. Jevon Langford. The four-year veteran started seven games for the Bengals last season, collecting 25 tackles. The 6-3, 290-pound Langford is praised by coaches for his intense effort. The Oklahoma State product has played in 52 games for the Bengals.

        • 3. Mike Willetts. The undrafted free agent is 6-4, 280 and played at Boston College, where he saw action in every game his last three seasons. He had 25 tackles for loss in college.
