Bengals' Foley arrested again

Bengals starting outside linebacker Steve Foley was arrested for the fourth time in the past year in Ouachita Parish early Thursday morning when he was accused of shooting a handgun in the air outside a Monroe, La., club.
Foley was charged with disturbing the peace by being drunk and disorderly. A police report said he was talking loudly and cursing while claiming officers were illegally searching him.
Although no gun was found, two witnesses identified Foley as the shooter. He was released on a $700 bond.
Foley, 24, heading into his third season, denied last February's domestic violence charge in which he was accused of grabbing his son's mother by the throat. Last April, Foley was arrested for DUI the morning after he was arrested on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a non-support charge.
